Serving the Pearland Community

Recovery That Keeps Pace With the 288 Corridor

Pearland has tripled in size since 2000, growing from a Brazoria County town of 37,000 into a city of more than 130,000 that stretches across three counties. It is one of the most diverse cities in Texas, a bedroom community for the Texas Medical Center, and home to its own healthcare cluster: Kelsey-Seybold's headquarters in Shadow Creek Ranch, Memorial Hermann and HCA hospitals, Texas Children's locations, and Lonza's cell-and-gene-therapy plant, one of the largest in the world.

All of that growth carries pressure that does not announce itself. The nurse riding the 288 express lanes home whose after-shift drinks stopped staying occasional. The Shadow Creek Ranch parent quietly dependent on a prescription that started out legitimate. The Old Townsite business owner keeping it together in public. People here are building careers and raising families at full speed, and substance use struggles hide easily underneath that pace.

Our Pearland office is built for that reality. Confidential intake, day and evening IOP, and a clinical team that understands what a medical license, a nursing license, or a CDL means when you are asking for help. This is the same team that served the Bay Area from our NASA Parkway office; we have moved to Pearland and our former Clear Lake clients are welcome here.

Who We Serve

Treatment for the Pearland Community

Medical Center Commuters

Physicians, nurses, and hospital staff ride SH 288 to the Texas Medical Center every day. We understand what a professional license means and the discretion it requires.

Healthcare & Life-Science Workers

Kelsey-Seybold, Memorial Hermann, HCA, Texas Children's, Lonza. Pearland's own employer base runs on healthcare, and shift work brings its own risks.

288 Corridor Families

Friendswood, Manvel, Alvin, Fresno, and Iowa Colony families get quality care without the drive into Houston.

Young Families

Shadow Creek Ranch, Silverlake, and Southern Trails are full of families building lives at full speed. Day and evening schedules fit around careers and school runs.

What We Treat

Substance Abuse Treatment in Pearland

Our Pearland team works with Medical Center commuters, hospital and clinic staff, plant and shift workers, and 288 corridor families, and the substances follow those lives: after-shift drinking that became daily, prescription stimulants and painkillers, and increasingly fentanyl pressed into pills nobody knew to fear. License holders get the discretion they need here.

Detox, when required, happens at our Garden Oaks campus in Houston before you step back into outpatient treatment in Pearland. Read more about any substance we treat:
