Build the foundation to create lasting transformation.Sobriety is the start. Flourishing is the goal.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in College Station

PHP is the most intensive form of outpatient treatment available at our College Station office. Clients attend 5 days per week for several hours per day in a structured, supportive environment. PHP is ideal for those stepping down from residential treatment or who need more support than traditional outpatient care provides.

Your PHP program includes individual counseling with your primary therapist, group therapy sessions led by master's-level clinicians, psychiatric care and medication management, skill-building workshops focused on relapse prevention, and the Positive Recovery curriculum developed by Dr. Jason Powers.

Our IOP is designed for clients who are ready to return to work, school, or family responsibilities while continuing intensive treatment. In College Station, we offer both day and evening IOP sessions to accommodate Texas A&M class schedules, work commitments, and family needs.

IOP meets 3-5 times per week and includes group therapy led by licensed clinicians, weekly one-on-one counseling sessions, family therapy to repair and strengthen relationships, psychiatric check-ins, and the evidence-based Positive Recovery curriculum that focuses on building strengths rather than just addressing deficits.

Supportive Outpatient Program (SOP) in College Station

SOP is a step-down from PHP or IOP, providing continued structure and accountability as you build confidence in your recovery. Clients attend weekly group sessions and continue individual counseling. SOP helps reinforce positive behaviors, strengthen relationships, and navigate the challenges of early recovery in daily life.
