Serving Coppell, Valley Ranch & Las Colinas
Coppell is one of the most desirable communities in the Dallas metroplex. Top-rated Coppell ISD schools, high household incomes, a strong Indian-American community, and a tight-knit civic identity. The city sits at the doorstep of DFW Airport and the Las Colinas corporate center, where employers like ExxonMobil, Kimberly-Clark, Citigroup, and Pioneer Natural Resources draw a heavily white-collar professional population.
All of that creates pressure that does not announce itself. The Coppell ISD parent worried about their kid's stimulant use. The Las Colinas executive whose drinking has become a daily problem. The Indian-American family balancing cultural expectations with the reality of a child's struggle. The adult professional managing anxiety with a long-term benzo prescription. With virtually no dedicated addiction treatment centers actually in Coppell, families have historically had to drive to Dallas, Plano, or further to find real care.
We opened this office to fill that gap. Confidential intake, day and evening IOP, and a clinical team led by a counselor with two decades of behavioral health leadership experience.
Your Outpatient Manager
Charles is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas with more than two decades of experience in behavioral health. He oversees our newest DFW location in Coppell, bringing clinical experience from across all levels of care and from key leadership roles including Clinical Director, Executive Director, and Chief Marketing and Experience Officer at other treatment organizations.
That mix of direct clinical work and operational leadership shapes how he runs the Coppell office. Confidential, professional, and built around the realities of how clients in the North Dallas corporate community actually live.

Our Programs in Coppell
Recovery is not one program, it is a sequence. Our care moves from Foundational Care through a Bridge of Care to Transformational Care, with the right level of structure at each step. Step into the program that meets you where you are.
Build the foundation to create lasting transformation.Sobriety is the start. Flourishing is the goal.
PHP is the most intensive form of outpatient treatment at our Coppell office. Clients attend 5 days per week for several hours per day in a structured environment. PHP includes individual counseling, group therapy led by master's-level clinicians, psychiatric care and medication management, skill-building workshops, and the Positive Recovery curriculum developed by Dr. Jason Powers.
Our IOP in Coppell is designed for clients ready to return to work, school, or family while continuing intensive treatment. We offer both day and evening sessions. IOP meets 3-5 times per week and includes group therapy, weekly one-on-one counseling, family therapy, psychiatric check-ins, and the Positive Recovery curriculum that focuses on building strengths.
As IOP winds down, SOP continues with a weekly group session and individual counseling. Most Coppell clients use it as a standing checkpoint while their work weeks return to full speed.
Our aftercare program gives Coppell alumni standing check-ins, continued access to counseling, and events with the broader DFW alumni community anchored at the Euless campus.
Online IOP follows the identical curriculum and schedule as sessions in the office, on a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Coppell clients with heavy travel calendars can keep every session without keeping every commute.
Family programs and counseling sessions are open to spouses, parents, and siblings, always with your consent. Many Coppell parents come to understand a teenager's or young adult's substance use for the first time in these rooms.
What We Treat
The substance use we treat in Coppell tends to hide well: wine that crept from weekends into weeknights, benzodiazepines prescribed for corporate stress that stopped working, stimulants used to keep pace at Las Colinas employers. Counterfeit pills carrying fentanyl have reached the North Dallas suburbs too, and families here are rarely prepared for that.
Because our Euless campus is roughly 20 minutes away, medical detox and step-up residential treatment stay inside the same organization. Learn about our approach by substance:
Life in Recovery
Recovery is more than walking away from substances. It is about flourishing, reconnecting with what matters most, and creating a life filled with meaning. Here are just a few ways to embrace a healthy, purposeful lifestyle in Coppell:
Common Questions
No. Treatment here is confidential under 42 CFR Part 2, federal protections stricter than standard HIPAA. We will not contact your employer in Las Colinas or anywhere else, and if leave documentation is needed, you review and authorize every page before anything is sent.
Yes. Our IOP runs both day and evening programs, Monday through Thursday until 9pm. Many of our Coppell clients work full-time at ExxonMobil, Kimberly-Clark, Citigroup, Pioneer Natural Resources, and other Las Colinas / DFW corporate employers, and they attend evening IOP three to five nights per week. PHP requires more hours and is typically not workable alongside full-time employment without leave.
Yes. Coppell is our newest DFW outpatient office. We opened it because Coppell, Valley Ranch, and Las Colinas had virtually no dedicated addiction treatment center inside the community itself, which meant families were driving to Dallas, Plano, or further for care. Local treatment in a community this big should not require a 45-minute drive.
Yes. Our Coppell office serves the broader North Dallas suburbs including Coppell, Irving, Las Colinas, Valley Ranch, Lewisville, Flower Mound, and Grapevine. From most of those addresses, we are a 5 to 20 minute drive.
Charles Fry, LCDC, leads our Coppell outpatient team. He has more than two decades of experience in behavioral health, including roles as Clinical Director, Executive Director, and COO at other treatment organizations. Charles also oversees our Southlake office.
