Serving Euless, Hurst, Bedford & the DFW Mid-Cities
Euless sits at the center of the DFW Mid-Cities, directly adjacent to DFW International Airport. The HEB (Hurst-Euless-Bedford) community is one of the most ethnically diverse in North Texas, with one of the largest Tongan populations outside the Pacific Islands and significant Hispanic and Asian-American populations. Many residents work at or around the airport in airline operations, logistics, hospitality, and aerospace.
Tarrant County has been hit by rising overdose rates, particularly from fentanyl and heroin. We see that pressure here in the Mid-Cities every day. The airport-shift worker whose drinking has become a daily problem, the parent self-medicating after surgery, the young adult struggling with the post-pandemic version of an old prescription. People come to this office because we offer something most of DFW does not: outpatient IOP, PHP, AND a residential / medical detox campus all on the same site, run by the same clinical team.
Our office on West Euless Boulevard is the only PRC location offering the full continuum of care under one roof. Confidential intake, day and evening IOP, residential beds, and medical detox.

Our Programs in Euless (DFW)
Recovery is not one program, it is a sequence. Our care moves from Foundational Care through a Bridge of Care to Transformational Care, with the right level of structure at each step. The Euless campus is unique in our network: medical detox, residential treatment, PHP, and IOP all live on the same site.
Build the foundation to create lasting transformation.Sobriety is the start. Flourishing is the goal.
PHP is the most intensive form of outpatient treatment at our Euless (DFW) office. Clients attend 5 days per week for several hours per day in a structured environment. PHP includes individual counseling, group therapy led by master's-level clinicians, psychiatric care and medication management, skill-building workshops, and the Positive Recovery curriculum developed by Dr. Jason Powers.
Our IOP in Euless (DFW) is designed for clients ready to return to work, school, or family while continuing intensive treatment. We offer both day and evening sessions. IOP meets 3-5 times per week and includes group therapy, weekly one-on-one counseling, family therapy, psychiatric check-ins, and the Positive Recovery curriculum that focuses on building strengths.
After stepping down from IOP, or from residential treatment here on the same campus, SOP keeps clients anchored with weekly group and individual sessions while shift work and family life resume.
Because detox, residential, and outpatient share this campus, Euless aftercare has unusual continuity: the alumni network includes people you may have started treatment with, and events happen where your recovery began.
Secure virtual IOP carries the same curriculum as the on-campus groups. Airline crews on rotation rely on it to stay in treatment from wherever a trip sequence puts them.
Family programs and counseling run right on the Euless campus, open to spouses, parents, and siblings with your consent. Families of residential and outpatient clients often attend together, which keeps everyone on the same page.
What We Treat
The Mid-Cities workforce keeps odd hours, and the substance patterns follow: after-shift drinking for airline and hospitality crews, stimulants to survive rotating schedules, opioids that outlasted an injury. Because this office sits on our DFW residential campus, the full range of treatment is in the same place.
That includes medical detox: no referral out, no second facility, no starting over with a new team. Substance-by-substance details:
Life in Recovery
Recovery is more than walking away from substances. It is about flourishing, reconnecting with what matters most, and creating a life filled with meaning. Here are just a few ways to embrace a healthy, purposeful lifestyle in the Euless / DFW area:
Common Questions
Yes. Our Euless campus is unique in the PRC network: outpatient services (PHP, IOP, SOP, aftercare, teletherapy, family workshops) AND residential treatment AND on-site medical detox all live at the same address. Clients can move through the entire continuum of care without ever changing buildings or clinical teams.
No. Substance use treatment carries its own federal confidentiality law, 42 CFR Part 2, which is stricter than HIPAA, and employer contact from us is off the table. Airline and airport-badge employees ask about this constantly; we handle FMLA and fitness-for-duty paperwork with your authorization controlling every disclosure.
Yes. Our IOP runs both day and evening programs, Monday through Thursday until 9pm. Many of our DFW outpatient clients work full-time at DFW Airport, American Airlines, the surrounding logistics and hospitality employers, or the broader Mid-Cities economy, and they attend evening IOP three to five nights per week. PHP requires more hours and is typically not workable alongside full-time employment without leave.
Yes. Our Euless campus serves the full HEB area (Hurst-Euless-Bedford), Colleyville, Grapevine, North Richland Hills, Irving, Arlington, and the broader DFW Mid-Cities. From most of those addresses, we are a 5 to 25 minute drive.
We are at 2219 W. Euless Blvd., Euless, TX 76040, in the heart of the Mid-Cities, just minutes from DFW Airport. Outpatient hours are Monday through Thursday 9am-9pm and Friday 9am-5pm. Residential and medical detox admissions are 24/7.

"I had a really great experience at PRC DFW. Brenda was warm and easy to talk to, Mike gave insight, Jon was patient and guided me through tough emotions, Tessa was always encouraging, and Connie kept me on track.
