Why Positive Recovery
Behavioral health is demanding work, and burnout is real. We built Positive Recovery to be a place where the people doing the helping are supported too, not just the people being helped.
We are the world's first Joint Commission-accredited drug and alcohol rehab program to combine positive psychology with proven, evidence-based treatment. That philosophy shapes the culture as much as the clinical model: we lead with strengths, we believe people can flourish, and we extend that to our own team.
If you are a clinician tired of revolving-door treatment, or someone who wants their day job to mean something, this is a place where the mission is real and the outcomes are why we show up.
Where You Might Fit
From clinical care to the people who keep our locations running, every role plays a part in helping clients recover.
Counselors and therapists (LCDC, LPC, LCSW), psychiatric providers, nurses, and case managers who deliver care across detox, residential, PHP, and IOP.
Behavioral health technicians, recovery coaches, peer support specialists, and intake/admissions coordinators who walk beside clients every day.
Billing and utilization review, facilities, food service, outreach, and the administrative team that keeps every location running smoothly.
What We Offer
Compensation and benefits vary by role, schedule, and location, and we will walk you through the full package for any position you apply for. Two things come standard everywhere:
A genuinely mission-driven, strengths-based culture
Room to grow across 20+ locations statewide
