Text Messaging
Plain-language terms for the text messages we send. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Program name: Positive Recovery Centers Admissions and Care Messaging. Last updated: August 21, 2026.
By checking the SMS opt-in box on a Positive Recovery Centers form, you provide express consent to receive treatment, admissions, appointment, and follow-up care messages from Positive Recovery Centers at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include responses to your inquiry, appointment reminders and scheduling, insurance verification updates, intake and admissions coordination, and follow-up care check-ins.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving treatment, an assessment, insurance verification, or any other service from Positive Recovery Centers. You may leave the box unchecked and we will contact you by phone or email instead.
Message frequency may vary based on your inquiry and your care. Most people receive a handful of messages during admissions and scheduling, then occasional follow-up messages afterward.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call us at 713-904-4699. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also revoke consent by emailing support@positiverecovery.com.
Positive Recovery Centers will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, your opt-in status, or the content of your messages with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to communicate with you about your inquiry, your care, and related services. It may be handled by vetted service providers acting on our behalf, such as our messaging platform, under confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with HIPAA, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. Our full Privacy Policy covers how we protect your health information.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers; availability on some carriers may vary.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to messages sent after the update date shown above.
