About Our DFW Network

Treatment Across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

Dallas-Fort Worth is a metroplex of seven million people, and getting across it at 5pm is its own project. So we built our DFW footprint around the middle. The Euless campus sits in the Mid-Cities, between downtown Fort Worth and downtown Dallas just south of DFW Airport, and it is the only Positive Recovery location anywhere with medical detox, residential treatment, outpatient programs, and sober living on a single campus. Coppell covers the North Dallas side: Las Colinas, Valley Ranch, Lewisville, Flower Mound, and Carrollton. Southlake covers Northeast Tarrant County: Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville, Trophy Club, and the airport-corridor corporate crowd.

All three run the Positive Recovery curriculum, hold Joint Commission accreditation, and accept most major insurance plans. The practical result: wherever you enter the system, detox in Euless, evening IOP in Coppell, step-down groups in Southlake, you stay inside one organization with one clinical record and one treatment philosophy.

Where to Start

Which DFW Office Should You Call?

If you need detox or residential treatment

Start with the Euless campus. Medical detox runs 4-6 days with 24/7 nursing, residential treatment follows on the same grounds, and admissions are handled around the clock. There is no separate detox referral and no transfer between facilities.

If you live or work on the Dallas side

The Coppell office is the closest fit for Las Colinas, Irving, Valley Ranch, Lewisville, Flower Mound, and Carrollton. Day and evening IOP programs mean a Las Colinas work schedule does not have to bend around treatment.

If you are in Northeast Tarrant County

The Southlake office serves Southlake, Keller, Grapevine, Colleyville, Trophy Club, and North Richland Hills, with the kind of discretion that community expects.

If you are in the Mid-Cities or near the airport

The Euless outpatient office shares the DFW campus, which makes it the natural choice for Hurst, Euless, Bedford, and Arlington, and for airline and airport workers whose schedules never sit still. Virtual IOP covers the weeks when a trip sequence does.

Wherever you land first, one phone call covers all three offices: 713-904-4699. Admissions verifies insurance at no cost, recommends a level of care, and books the intake, usually the same day. Self-paying clients can review the private pay pricing guide, which includes the 120-day extended program at the Euless campus.
