Our Programs in College Station
Addiction affects everyone differently, which is why we offer a full continuum of care. These programs support clients from their first steps to long-term success.
Build the foundation to create lasting transformation.Sobriety is the start. Flourishing is the goal.
PHP is the most intensive form of outpatient treatment available at our College Station office. Clients attend 5 days per week for several hours per day in a structured, supportive environment. PHP is ideal for those stepping down from residential treatment or who need more support than traditional outpatient care provides.
Your PHP program includes individual counseling with your primary therapist, group therapy sessions led by master's-level clinicians, psychiatric care and medication management, skill-building workshops focused on relapse prevention, and the Positive Recovery curriculum developed by Dr. Jason Powers.
Our IOP is designed for clients who are ready to return to work, school, or family responsibilities while continuing intensive treatment. In College Station, we offer both day and evening IOP sessions to accommodate Texas A&M class schedules, work commitments, and family needs.
IOP meets 3-5 times per week and includes group therapy led by licensed clinicians, weekly one-on-one counseling sessions, family therapy to repair and strengthen relationships, psychiatric check-ins, and the evidence-based Positive Recovery curriculum that focuses on building strengths rather than just addressing deficits.
SOP is a step-down from PHP or IOP, providing continued structure and accountability as you build confidence in your recovery. Clients attend weekly group sessions and continue individual counseling. SOP helps reinforce positive behaviors, strengthen relationships, and navigate the challenges of early recovery in daily life.
This level of care is ideal for clients who have completed a more intensive program and want to maintain momentum. Many clients in College Station use SOP as a bridge between intensive treatment and full independence.
Recovery success rates improve when individuals have strong support systems. Our aftercare program provides regular check-ins, ongoing counseling, alumni gatherings, volunteer opportunities, and peer support events. You'll join a lifelong network of peers who understand your journey.
Our College Station alumni are actively engaged in the Brazos Valley recovery community. Many graduates return regularly, giving new clients encouragement and proof that recovery is possible. With your consent, we also involve your family so they can become true allies in your recovery.
For clients who cannot attend in-person sessions, we offer virtual IOP through our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Online treatment follows the same curriculum and schedule as in-person IOP, giving you the same quality of care from the comfort of your home.
Teletherapy is especially valuable for Texas A&M students during exam periods, clients with transportation challenges, and anyone in the broader Brazos Valley who lives outside Bryan-College Station.
Addiction affects the entire family, not just the individual. Our family program includes workshops and counseling sessions designed to help loved ones understand addiction, develop healthy communication skills, set boundaries, and support the recovery process. Family workshops are held regularly and are open to spouses, parents, siblings, and other supportive family members.
In College Station, many of our family participants are parents of Texas A&M students who want to understand what their child is going through and learn how to support them without enabling.

What We Treat
Bryan-College Station brings us two different streams: students dealing with binge drinking, study drugs, and pills bought from friends, and working Brazos Valley adults whose drinking or prescription use outgrew them quietly. Both get the same clinical attention and the same flexibility around class or work schedules.
When detox is medically necessary, we coordinate it at our Houston, Hill Country, or DFW campuses and resume your outpatient plan here on Texas Avenue. Substance-specific pages:
