Justin is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Texas with more than 15 years of experience in addiction treatment. He has worked across the full continuum of care, from medical detox through long-term aftercare, gaining the kind of perspective that only comes from walking the road with hundreds of clients.
He was instrumental in creating an aftercare case management program in the Houston area built to support clients through the first full year of sobriety, with the explicit purpose of building the foundation that makes long-term recovery stick. That same focus on the long game shapes the way he leads the Katy / Cinco Ranch office.

PHP is the most intensive form of outpatient treatment at our Katy / Cinco Ranch office. Clients attend 5 days per week for several hours per day in a structured environment. PHP includes individual counseling, group therapy led by master's-level clinicians, psychiatric care and medication management, skill-building workshops, and the Positive Recovery curriculum developed by Dr. Jason Powers.
Our IOP in Katy / Cinco Ranch is designed for clients ready to return to work, school, or family while continuing intensive treatment. We offer both day and evening sessions. IOP meets 3-5 times per week and includes group therapy, weekly one-on-one counseling, family therapy, psychiatric check-ins, and the Positive Recovery curriculum that focuses on building strengths.
SOP is the Katy office's maintenance gear. Clients who finish IOP step down to weekly group and individual sessions, keeping structure in the calendar while regular life in Cinco Ranch takes back most of the week.
Aftercare keeps Katy clients connected after formal treatment ends: scheduled check-ins, counseling as needed, and alumni gatherings alongside the west-Houston recovery community. Graduates regularly come back to sit with new clients, which says more than any brochure.
Our secure telehealth platform delivers the full IOP experience online, same curriculum, same schedule. For Katy clients facing the I-10 corridor at 5pm, virtual sessions are often the difference between attending and quitting.

No. Your records are protected by 42 CFR Part 2, the federal substance use confidentiality rule that goes beyond HIPAA, and we do not contact employers. If you commute to the Energy Corridor and want to use FMLA leave, we prepare only the paperwork you approve and explain what HR will actually see.
Yes. Our IOP runs both day and evening programs, Monday through Thursday until 9pm. Many of our Cinco Ranch clients commute to the Energy Corridor (BP, ConocoPhillips, Shell) or to the Texas Medical Center, and they attend evening IOP three to five nights per week. PHP requires more hours and is typically not workable alongside full-time employment without leave.
Yes. We see Katy ISD students and college students from Cinco Ranch families regularly, including students home from UT, A&M, Rice, and out-of-state schools. Our team handles young adult intake with parents involved at the right level, with the client's consent, and we can coordinate teletherapy continuity when students return to campus.
Yes. Our FM 1463 office serves all of western Fort Bend County and west Harris County, including Cinco Ranch, Katy, Fulshear, Richmond, Brookshire, Pattison, and the surrounding communities. From most of those addresses, we are a 5 to 25 minute drive.
