The Podcast
Real conversations about what it actually takes to get well and stay well. Hosted by Dr. Jason Powers, the addiction medicine physician who created the Positive Recovery approach, the show trades shame and scare tactics for the science of positive psychology. The focus is growth and progress, not perfection.
